    About the Role :

    We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable distributed systems.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, cloud technologies, and a passion for building robust and efficient solutions.

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems to support our platform's growing needs.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Implement best practices for code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
    • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in our backend architecture.
    Requirements :


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development with a focus on distributed systems.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
    • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
