Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify automation opportunities, develop robust solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Build and refine chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice interfaces that provide intuitive and effective user interactions.

Develop and optimize natural language processing (NLP) and understanding (NLU) models to enhance the accuracy and context of user interactions.

Implement and improve dialogue management systems to create seamless and contextually relevant conversations.

Integrate conversational AI solutions with external systems, APIs, and databases to retrieve and update information as needed.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and coding standards.

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

5+ years relevant technical work experience, at least 3+ developing and implementing Conversational AI.

Experience with Conversational AI projects and KoreAI, Intent identification and LLM development along with Business View. Telecom or CRM related experience & services or other related industry experience is a plus.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languages.

Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.

Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.

Solid knowledge of dialogue management, intent recognition, and entity extraction.

Experience integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Kore. Ai knowledge is added advantage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Prior experience working with KoreAI or similar conversational AI platforms.

Familiarity with Conversational AI projects and Low-Code No-Code frameworks.

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

Previous projects showcasing innovative and effective conversational AI implementations.
