Front Office Executive for our centre in Salem.


Job Location:
Meyyannur, Salem


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers
  • Advise customers regarding our services and convince them about our strengths
  • Coordinate with the medical team and give suitable solutions for the customer
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help the sales team upsell or crosssell services and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs

Qualifications

  • Qualification: Graduate
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary:
₹12, ₹150,000.00 per month
