Scope and Impact of the Position in the Organization

Good knowledge in modelling and detailing of parts and assembly
Good knowledge on Modelling best practices
Flexible to learn and execute new ideas for productivity
Leads all engineering activities within project team
Managing all PE deliverables in the project in time/quality/cost
Work with ZF engineering teams (Design Engineering, Application Engineering team) and departments within Central R & D globally

Desired Specific Experience

3 to 5 years of Experience in modelling and detailing.
Experience in CATIA V5 and CREO is must
Experience in Product life cycle management tools and change management
Very good documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Working knowledge of commercial vehicle suspension system

Main Responsibilities

Creation of modeling and drawings for global projects
Concept prepration and selection based on the customer and cost requirements
Track and execute technical work packages
Ensure Process adherence
Achieve Product target cost and contribute to Design to Cost (DtC)

First time right
On time release
Adherence to the Process/standard

Education and Experience
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering (Mechanical /Automobile/Mechatronics)
3-5 years of experience in Product Engineering in Automotive industry
To be able to join in 2-3 months
