    About the Job


    What will you do?Growing the overall revenue of the marketplace division by adding new clients and growing existing clientsMaintaining close relationship with marketplace partners- Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, etc.

    Operational efficiency in the teamOverseeing media planning and campaign execution across multiple clientsClient relationship managementInnovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms to deliver differentiated results.

    Team size planning based on the revenue projections.
    Recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members.
    Ability to lead a team of 20+ marketing analysts & specialists.


    What are we looking for?Minimum 4+ years of working experience in a digital marketing role, minimum 2 years on Amazon marketing e commerce online marketing online sales internet marketingHighly detail oriented and a strong ability to multi-task.

    Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines.
    Excellent communication skills working with cross-functional teams.
    You are a strong mix of analytical and creative.
