The role of Academic Associate at Vidyalai holds significant influence, involving the development of educational products for K-12 (high school) students.

This role hinges on a profound mastery of your field of expertise, coupled with an ardor for teaching and educational methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster an indepth familiarity with international academic boards like the International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge GCSE, and others, culminating in the creation of academic content aligned with these curricula.
Guide and mentor students through the Vidyalai Ed-Tech platform, conducting online sessions to help them achieve their learning objectives (averaging around 35 hours of classes weekly).
Exhibit a vested interest in students' learning outcomes, steering them towards enhanced academic performance.

While this role predominantly embraces remote work, occasional office visits might be requested, typically ranging from one to two times per week.

The bulk of classes are anticipated to occur within two peak time slots, specifically from 8 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 10:30 PM.

However, class assignments may extend to other time frames based on student needs.

When not assigned to a class, you're at liberty to utilize your time as you see fit, always with reasonable notice prior to class assignments.

The workweek encompasses Monday through Saturday.

Skills and Qualifications:

A robust academic history in your field, spanning 10th, 12th, and college levels.
A genuine passion for guiding and mentoring students.
Proficiency in English communication and writing skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
A robust work ethic paired with a proactive disposition.
Outcomedriven and selfinitiating mindset.

Salary:
₹250, ₹480,000.00 per year
