About the team
We believe that as a company we will be able to grow, only if we add value to our customers'
business by helping them grow. Grocery team plays a very important role in the same. As a part of
the team, you will be in charge of sales and margins of the categories assigned to you. For this, you
will need to understand our customers' needs and will need to ensure that you are able to provide
them the same at the right pricing and with the right value propositions. If the problem statements
like understanding the market, creating the right assortment mix to target maximum customers,
changing the same as per seasonality, engaging customers with virtual marketing, optimizing the
source for the same leading to better margins, and overall adding to our customers' profit excites
you, then this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring Ninjacart remains competitive from pricing perspective and the agreed
- Setting up strategies on pricing guardrails and principles so that pricing can be automated based
- Defining pricing cohorts for different categories so that sourcing guard rails and selling guardrails
- Check prices of competition for the given list of SKUs from competition apps/web scraping tool,
- Prices to be updated daily for all 3 cities as per the business requirements and agreed schedule.
- In Staples, all KVIs will need to be priced daily. Non KVIs will need to be priced as per the
- Needs to operate within envelope of pricing principles but also needs to understand the overall
affecting the business in current competitive landscape
- Wholesale price benchmarking for all KVIs through collection of Bills/Rates from market

- Strong understanding of numbers and MS Excel with a background in finance/commerce is must
- Understanding of modus operandi of General Trade schemes and pricing
- Wholesale & Retail led
