The Associate - Disbursement Ops plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and management of disbursements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate disbursement data to minimize errors
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Conduct regular audits of disbursement records
  • Assist in developing and implementing disbursement procedures and controls
  • Handle inquiries related to disbursements from internal and external parties
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 12 years of experience in financial operations or disbursement processing
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
