Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Computer Operator at The Briminc located in Bhopal. The Computer Operator is responsible for day-to-day tasks related to computer operations, back office operations, and communication. This role requires strong computer literacy skills, including typing proficiency.

Responsibilities:

Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various outsourcing assignments.
Develop and maintain relationships with outsourcing partners and vendors.
Monitor outsourcing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all outsourcing activities.
Collaborate with team members to optimize outsourcing workflows and improve efficiency.
Provide support and assistance to other team members involved in outsourcing projects.

Requirements:

Previous experience in outsourcing coordination or a related role is preferred.
Familiarity with outsourcing platforms such as Naukri, Upwork, and Freelancer.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices in outsourcing.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
₹7, ₹10,708.56 per month
