Identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online

  • Creation of JDs, gather resource requirement ,manage end to end recruitment tasks, onboarding and induction.
  • Prepare and publish management reports as per agreed timelines
  • Liaise with business on scheduled /unscheduled recruitment needs and ensuring open positions are run in line with approved manpower plans.
  • Coordinate with the administration team to facilitate onboarding of employees including collection of Background verification documents.
  • Manage induction of new employees
  • Records Management relevant to the position's scope.

Salary:

₹28, ₹40,000.00 per month
