We are currently seeking a diligent and organized Secretary to support our Director and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations & Maintenance.

The role primarily involves assisting the Director, coordinating meetings, managing assigned tasks, and maintaining efficient communication channels.


Responsibilities:
-

  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external Parties.
  • Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including sending reminders and preparing necessary materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Director.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
  • Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned by the Director to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

Qualifications:
-

  • Minimum 2+ years in Similar role
  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
