Team Overview


Flight Delivery Team is responsible for delivering one of the leading Flight Management product suites on the market which consist of: Flight Plan Manager, e-flight Manager, Flight Explorer and Ops Comm, used by many leading airlines all around the world.

The team is working on product deployment and upgrades, user training of a solution which uses a modern cloud technology and architecture, as well as legacy solutions.

The Team also provides a support for Software Engineering and Customer Care teams in troubleshooting customer issues.

Here you will have a chance to use your related experience, while growing your technical skills, working with experienced peers on enterprise software that provides value to airlines around the world.

Product Overview


Flight Plan Manager is a comprehensive flight planning solution that is used by 30+ customers including some of the largest airlines in the world.

The product combines complete data support services — navigational data, NOTAMS, weather, airport suitability and airspace restrictions — with real-time alerts.

The 4-D cost optimization functionality, route, altitude, speed and time are analyzed to create an optimal flight path that accounts for fuel costs, CO2 emissions and delays.

Flight Plan Manager is complemented by EFB dedicated product - eFM and flight watch/flight monitoring products - Flight Explorer. Communication between Operators and their flying crews is supported by Ops Comm.


Your role:

The Flight Services Team is looking for a Contributor Data Services for Flight Plan Manager Data Services Team.


Responsibilities:

Providing regular aeronautical data updates and support to airlines.
Notam evaluation and processing.
AIP Data gathering, analysis and processing.
AIP Library maintenance.
Database maintenance.
Collaborate with peers across several geographical locations.
Document, review and edit requirements related to the tasks.
Identify and solve complex business problems in a timely manner.
Operates under general guidance and minimum supervision.


Preferred Experience / Skills:

02+ years of experience in one of the following roles.
Navigation Officer / Flight Dispatcher / Operations officer
Bachelor's degree in aviation or 02+ years of related experience in airlines flight operations.


Deep knowledge in the following areas:

  • Notams / AIP's / Aviation charting / Aeronautical navigational data.
Proven Analytical skills.
Prior experience/knowledge on SQL is a plus.
Proficient English written and oral communications skills.
Ability to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts).
Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
Must be willing to travel up-to 25% of the time.
