Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The role of a Centre Coordinator is to lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring sales performance: Sales managers must regularly analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coaching and training sales staff: They must provide guidance and support to the sales team to help them improve their performance and reach their targets.

Salary
