Building and maintaining relationships with the customer.
Escalating handling.
Data Management.
Regular Follow up with customers.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Followup with clients for annual maintenance contract & Upselling of AMCs
Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPI's
Keeping customers updated on the latest stage of progress of their order
Getting Referrals, Reviews, Video/Audio testimonials

Key Skills

Excellent communication skills in English
Good relationship management and networking skills.
Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs also execute the same.
Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment.
Well versed in MS Office
Excel/Word/PowerPoinT

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
