We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth in your assigned area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sales background and leadership skills.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
• Set performance targets for the sales team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and product availability in coordination with the supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Customeroriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building longterm relationships.

• Ludhiana Punjab

Note - if you Are Not From Punjab company Management Will Provide You Accommodation.

Work Schedule

• 5 Work days in a Week.
• Monday to Friday.
• Saturday or Sunday will be off.
• Maximum 2 Free Leaves in a month

Process

• Training is Being Provided By Management to Improve Your Skills For Interview.
