**Test Lead for Core Nx (Loan Management System for Retail Loans)

Detailed understanding of Requirement Specification and Functional specification documents to ensure it complies all requirements with impacts covered in detail
Analyse & understand the requirement in detail and conduct impact analysis
Design and monitor test plans to ensure that requirements and specifications are implemented properly in line with user, regulatory, process and financial requirement
Responsible for reviewing test scenarios and taking sign off from user and IT
To manage a team of testing executors
Understanding of SQL and should be able to write and execute queries
Coordinate with team to execute all test cases and do a final review before sign off
To implement automated testing module for the loans system
To circulate the testing status to all required teams
Thorough analyses of system issues faced post implementation and provide resolution
Prepare User Guides for changes implemented
Coordinating with different teams to understand and resolve the issues.

Work Experience:Minimum 5 years, B.E/B Tech/MCA

Skills Required:

Good knowledge on Retail Loans (Personal, Home, Tractor, Consumer Durables, and Construction Vehicle Loans etc.)
Knowledge of emerging Industry practices on above mentioned areas

Resource should have good communication skills
Experience of handling various projects and timely completion.
Good knowledge on banking products and regulations pertaining to same.
Good awareness of Regulatory aspects like RBI guidelines and other relevant related process / policies, etc.
Should have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude in terms of finding best solution to problems, issues or requirements
