  • End to End Recruitment.
  • Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers as well Clients.
  • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
  • Designing and updating job descriptions
  • Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media
  • Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs
  • Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and also helping them onboard

Qualification and Skills:


  • Prior 1 to 2 years' experience in HR Recruiter
  • Must be known handle Job Portals
  • Must be known about Job Descriptions
  • Strong knowledge in full recruitment cycle
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills

Job Type:

Full time (onsite)


Working Days:

Monday to Saturday


Job Location:

Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
