About this opportunity :

Orchestration is a key component in any cloud.

At Ericsson, you can now get a chance to implement completely new cloud orchestration technology into our private cloud, and play a key role in introducing new orchestration services.

We are looking for a dedicated architect with experience from implementing cloud orchestration based on Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA).

What you will do:

You will ensure the overall architectural standards compliance and quality assurance for the orchestration service.
Interact with solution architects and service architects to implement TOSCA in all our cloud service offerings.
Inspire changes, influence, standards and simplicity in order to achieve technical leadership by driving and participating in corresponding forums.
Formalize delivery and review of domainspecific profiles, providing an open registry to ensure that they are discoverable and readily accessible.
Continue evaluating crossorchestrator portability via published case studies and events.
Be main technical guide within the orchestration service team.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to delivery.
Drive service strategy roadmap for the orchestration area.
Facilitate the proper implementation of the designs and rules.
Be an active contributor to development and operations handling of service.

You will bring:

Technical leadership and strong competence and experience in implementing Open Standard orchestration in large cloud environments.
Preferably experience in Ericsson Orchestrator and the Universal Design Studio (UDS), Service Orchestration (SO), Policy Framework (PF), Virtual Network Function Manager (VNFM) and Network Function Virtualization Orchestrator (NFVO) products.
Excellent programming skills in more than one general purpose or scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash, Perl, Golang).
Competence in OpenStack (Vanilla, Mirantis, Red Hat), Kubernetes (K8S, Rancher, OpenShift) and VMware vCenter.
Knowledge about standards like ETSI, TOSCA, ISO27K, TOGAF, ArchiMate, CIS, IT4IT and Open Fair.
Technology competence in Cloud Native, Virtualization and Software Defined Network (SDN).
Experience from ways of working and best practices in DevSecOps and ITIL.
