Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior design projects from start to finish, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and final implementation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and budget constraints, and translate them into creative and practical design solutions.
Create and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients, conveying the design concept and vision effectively.
Develop detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings, using computeraided design (CAD) software.
Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and other materials, considering aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design plans and timely project completion.
Oversee the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) within budget and project timelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.
Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with design intent and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
45 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful interior design projects across different sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
Proficiency in computeraided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, and familiarity with 3D rendering software.
Excellent knowledge of space planning, furniture design, materials, color schemes, lighting, and interior design principles.
Ability to communicate design concepts effectively through hand sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Uptodate knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and spatial awareness.

Salary:
₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
