JOB DESCRIPTION:


Position title:
AVP - Business Finance & Treasury


Reporting to:
Sr. VP & Head - Treasury & Finance


Position based in:
Mumbai


  • Liaising and dealing with OPC's funding partners (Banks, NBFCs and FIs) on day to day basis for:
  • Securing credit lines for Lease Rentals Discounting (LRD) emanating from OPC's clients.
  • To check and discuss with funders (Banks, NBFCs and other FIs) on continuous basis for inprincipal approval on all deals placed by BD team
  • Negotiation of Rate (discounting rate), Sanction conditions funders for OPC's LRD facility
  • Ensuring that the relevant information / documents required by funders on referred clients is collected through BD team and other sources and the same is remitted to funders to enable them for the purpose of credit evaluation of the deals
  • Ensuring the queries raised by funders in the process of credit evaluation are attended to and are resolved satisfactorily by coordinating and facilitating interaction between funder and client in close coordination with team
  • Attending any queries, concerns or issues raised by funders in due course of business and promptly taking it to satisfactory closure or resolution thereof by seeking inputs and guidance of MANCOM and external consultants
  • Actively Drafting, Vetting and negotiating and finalising the contracts and other legal matters and deal related documents w.r.t. funders and customers
  • Evaluation of OPC's Customers Financials & Business Risks.
  • Reviewing the RFP documents, escrow account agreements, contracts executed by client with third parties being considered by OPC for funding (outsourcing contracts) and presenting the same internally to MANCOMM for further discussion
  • Overseeing and ensuring the divisional MIS / dashboard is presented to MANCOM timely at the required frequency. Attending the review meetings thereof.
The incumbent should have the following qualities / qualification:


Educational Qualifications:


  • The incumbent should either be a Chartered Accountant(preferred) or MBA in Finance major with minimum of 7 to 10 years' of experience in the above mentioned areas of work and should preferably in the age bracket of 30 to 35 years.

Preferred Abilities:


  • Experienced in front end interaction with bankers / FIs in setting up credit lines, fund raising and negotiation of rate and other commercial aspects.
  • Experience in vetting, reviewing and negotiation of legal documents and contracts
  • Ability to work closely with business and counterparties
  • Should be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Should possess strong communications skills both written and verbal with ability to evaluate and present
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Word with ability to handle complex databases.
  • Possess excellent internal personal skills
  • Should be selfdriven and outgoing personality.
