Client Acquisition:
Actively seek and identify potential clients interested in buying or renting real estate properties.

Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.


Property Presentation:
Showcase properties to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Provide detailed information about the property, including pricing, amenities, and neighborhood.


Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Tailor property recommendations based on individual client needs.


Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.

Provide clients with insights into market conditions and investment opportunities.


Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.

Facilitate the negotiation process to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.


Documentation:
Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for property transactions.

Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the sales process.


Relationship Building:
Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process and beyond.


Lead Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to maintain a high level of responsiveness.

Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to convert potential clients into buyers.


Sales Targets:
Set and achieve sales targets and goals established by the real estate company.

Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.


Market Promotion:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and print media.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to increase property visibility.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients.

CRM Utilization:

  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client interactions, maintain records, and track communication history.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate client information in the CRM system.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on new and upcoming real estate projects, developments, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide clients with valuable insights into potential investment areas.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, real estate regulations, and emerging market trends.
  • Attend training sessions and professional development programs to enhance sales skills.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
