Job Responsibility-

Kitchen Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, including packaging, and order fulfilment. Ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of orders.


Staff Supervision:
Manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, kitchen assistants, and delivery drivers. Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity


Order Management:
Coordinate and prioritize incoming orders from various online food delivery platforms. Ensure accuracy in order processing, packaging, and dispatch to minimize errors and delays.


Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and safety. Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.


Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Monitor customer reviews and ratings to identify areas for improvement.


Team Development:
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to kitchen staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.


Qualification:

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a kitchen or food service environment.

Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices.

Familiarity with cloud kitchen operations, online food delivery platforms, and digital ordering systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business needs.


Pay:
₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
