  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, building rapport and trust to secure longterm partnerships.
  • Utilize ESSPL software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
  • Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
  • Follow up with leads and opportunities, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.

Minimum of 6 months of experience in inside sales, specifically within the IT staffing industry.

  • Strong understanding of IT staffing concepts, technology roles, and industry trends.
  • Customerfocused approach with a strong sense of empathy and understanding of client needs.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and followups.

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
