Job Summary:

The Utility Manager is responsible for providing direction and oversight to the department, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all services.
This includes the management of staff, budgets, customer service, maintenance, and technical services.
The Utility Manager will be expected to ensure that all services are provided in a timely and cost effective manner, while also meeting all regulatory and customer service requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the utility office, including customer service, maintenance, and technical services
- Manage the office budget, including cost control and expense reduction
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer service requirements
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners, vendors, customers ,housekeeping & Security.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs
Similar work, but not restricted to Administration manager
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
