    Overview:

    The HRInternship role is an essential part of our organization as itprovides individuals with the opportunity to gain handsonexperience in various HR functions. The role supports the HR teamin executing key administrative tasks aiding in the recruitmentprocess and contributing to the overall employee experience. Thisinternship offers the chance to learn and grow within a dynamic HRenvironment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assisting with therecruitment process including job posting screening resumes andscheduling interviews
    • Supporting employeeonboarding and offboarding processes
    • Assistingin organizing and maintaining employeerecords
    • Participating in HR projects andinitiatives
    • Conducting research on HR bestpractices and trends
    • Assisting in creating andupdating HR policies and procedures
    • Handlingemployee inquiries and providingsupport
    • Collaborating with the HR team onvarious administrative tasks
    • Contributing toemployee engagement initiatives
    • Assisting inscheduling and organizing HRrelated meetings andevents
    • Participating in the development andexecution of training programs
    • Supporting HRanalytics and reporting
    • Assisting inmaintaining HR databases andsystems
    • Participating in adhoc HRadministrative tasks asneeded

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Enrolled in aBachelors degree program in HR Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Demonstrated interest in HR throughcoursework or extracurricular activities
    • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
    • Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withprofessionalism
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite
    • Strong organizational and time managementskills
    • Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment
    • Detailoriented with strongproblemsolving abilities
    • Ability to prioritizeand manage multiple tasks
    • Understanding ofbasic HR principles and practices
    • Willingnessto learn and take initiative
    • Adaptable and opento feedback
    • Knowledge of HRIS or other HRsoftware is a plus
    • Previous office oradministrative experience isadvantageous
    • Understanding of labor laws andregulations is aplus
