Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer all internal & external incoming calls & handle caller's queries
- Redirect call as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Welcome & greet visitors
- Enthusiastic, passionate and Persuasive
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to maintain customer details
Salary:
