The Store in charge is a pivotal role responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a well-organized and productive environment.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of inventory control and storage procedures.

  • Ensure accurate tracking, recording, and management of inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and quality of products to prevent wastage.
  • Maintain optimum stock levels based on demand forecasts and historical consumption patterns.
  • Strategically plan and allocate storage space for various categories of goods.
  • Lead and supervise store personnel, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.

Pay:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
