Role Requirements

• Need to have experience of working on the Voice process for 23 years.
• Must be okay to work out of Hyderabad location.
• Experience/Knowledge of Medical records, US Insurance will be an added advantage.
• Must be open to work in a 24/7 work environment and a challenging/fluid work culture.
• Should posses' excellent communication skills and knowledge of phone handling etiquettes.
• An Individual who is accountable for his/her actions and learn from mistakes and be open to learning.
• Should be always open to WFO as operations will be worked out of Hyderabad office location.
• As an organization we support individual choices and have an open dress code policy which includes casuals at work.
• We also extend Sat-Sun week offs for the employees to support family time.

Duties and responsibilities

• Making calls to US Insurance carriers/facilities to check on documentation updates.
• To meet all designed performance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Work closely with the entire team to pass on regular updates and ideas which makes work simpler.
• To work with mínimal supervision and help team meet the assigned goals.
• To identify and communicate any training needs to the TL to ensure immediate intervention.

Qualifications:

• Should be a Graduate from a reputed college, MBA would be a plus.
• Organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Decisionmaking skills
• Knowledge of performance metrics, like AHT & Quality.
• Sound knowledge of MS office tools will be an added advantage.
