BRAND MANAGER
**Key Responsibility & Deliverables:
- *

Coordinating with brand/agency managers & top management team.
Ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and meeting the targets set.
Ensuring that all client requests are executed within assigned service timelines.
Seek/Plan, process and execute client requests and ensure timely delivery.
Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of tasks.
Maintain/Track reports of all the relevant departments related to the brand.
Prioritize and work independently with mínimal supervision.
Assist in resolving clients' issues/problems by listening to complaints and offering effective solutions.
Prepare and manage budgets in order to achieve set targets and objectives.
Communicate with clients to identify their preferences and facilitate the process to meet their needs and expectations.
Provide detailed explanations to the team about the brand.
Provide clients with regular updates and periodic statements to keep them abreast of changes in trends.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
