Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Setup and configure equipment including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, faxes, and phones
  • Upgrading laptop/desktop/server software and hardware
  • Respond to all user support requests from all offices which includes online and offline support
  • Work as server administrators and support teams to build required infrastructure
  • Work with onpremises and cloud (Azure, AWS and Google Cloud) infrastructure
  • IT (hardware & software) assets management such as inventory, procurement, and maintenance.

Requirements:


  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech / EC or any Degree related to Computers, from a recognized institute.
  • Preferably should be a certified engineer from a reputed institute.
  • Good interpersonal, Problem solving, written & verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Hands on experience on Windows, VMware, Hyper V Administration, Network Cameras, AD, Hardware, DHCP, DNS, Office 365
