Description

Coordination of events including working with clients to schedule activities, identify equipment and coordinate preparation of the equipment and facility for installation

Post execution communication to clients of the work performed and status through various communication channels
Diagnostics and resolution of complex provisioning problems as part of a 24x7 global team
Analyze complex systemic behavior and provisioning issues with specific expertise in identifying root cause problems and resolving them
Obtain and maintain an indepth understanding of GS provisioning technology, architecture and implementation
Guide and perform design and implementation of validation/investigative automation tools to increase efficiency of provisioning processes
Collaborate with Engineering teams on certifying new design/architecture/standards of nextgeneration provisioning systems
