    Description
    Daily checking facility cleaning, housekeeping services, Canteen Round, Terminal CFS/ICD/WH/ Yard round Vendor Bill collection, Processing, and timely payout as per TAT and Zero pendency beyond 60 days PPE and Safety Shoes distribution and record keeping Maintaining and validating records of Stationary/Pantry stock on monthly basis Managing Transport services used for employee transport. Allocation of vehicles and maintaining daily log sheet for all shifts Monthly COCP connection usage data for processing payment Daily courier service Management at Terminal both inward and outward and maintaining records Toolbox meeting of all for Admin contractors End to end logistic arrangements for all events at Terminal as per engagement calendar All Partner Agreements to be renewal to be initiated 60 days in advance and ensure partner compliance on monthly basis in Simpliance portal Stationary requirement from function, indenting and distribution Developing vendor pool for local Admin requirements and aligning vendors for AMC Fortnightly Coordinating vendor for pest control at Terminal and facilities Raising PRs for monthly admin procurement activities

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

    Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary office supplies.

    Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.

    Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences.

    Overseeing special projects and tracking progress.

    Oversee facilities services and maintenance.

    Make sure the vendor contracts related to Administration are in place.

    Repair & Maintenance activities of Offices.

    Guest Management.

    Processing of Vendors Monthly invoices.

    Vendor management -PR/PO/GRN

    Canteen Management.

    Security Management.

    Vehicle Management.

    Coordination with Local Administration for Renewal of Licenses and Registrations.

    Coordination with CT-PAT Auditor for Audit.

    Monthly stationary arrangement.

    Monthly pantry materials arrangement
