    Description

    Designation - Finance Manager

    Responsibilities and Duties-

    Accounts Receivable

    • Ensuring streamlined and efficient fee invoicing quarterly/monthly on due dates and managing the payment gateways.
    • To ensure that fee-due notices are sent by the respective school within the stipulated timeline.
    • To assist the CFO in following up with schools for fee recovery.
    • Be the point of contact with the schools and corporate office for all matters related to Fee
    • Collection, Waivers any backlog of revenues to be collected.

    Accounts payable

    • Verifying invoices and vouchers as descending authority to CFO.
    • Student withdrawal & refund management.
    • Managing foreign outward remittances.
    • To check all the bills and ensure that the vendor fills all the statutory compliances.
    • To ensure and follow up on the pending bills against the advances given.
    • Participating in the negotiations, and agreements for new/existing vendors.

    ERP Management

    • Act as a consultant for resolution and improvement in processes/designs.

    Internal Controls Management

    • Facilitating Internal Audits for all the entities along with resolution of queries and implementation of actions recommended.
    • Reviewing and improvising internal controls.

    MIS and Reporting

    • To ensure timely and accurate preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
    • Performing quarterly trial balance reviews and preparing budget v/s actual variance analysis.
    • Assisting CEO in drafting fee and operations-related policies.

    Other Activities

    • Coordinating with Head of Schools and Admin heads for smooth flow of finance operations recruiting, managing, and mentoring staff.
    • Managing Banking Affairs for all the entities i.e. account opening, KYC of signatories, and other resolutions.

    Assists the CFO/CEO and works as a member of a cohesive team

    Any other work as assigned from time to time by the CEO

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate has to be a qualified CA with up to a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
