- Graduate (preferred)
- Must have Real Estate experience
- Languages know (Gujarati, Hindi, English)
- Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Contacting existing customer as well as prospective customers using scripts
- Inform customers about the company's products / services and offers
- Calling & answering the services offered by the company
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
- Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness
- Obtaining and updating lists of individual's contact details
- Gain comprehensive product / service knowledge & clarify information wherever required
