GMO consists of various streams, Control and Investigations, Settlement, Collateral and Reconciliation. POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible to manage variety of including Equity, Bonds, Stock lending and borrowing, REPO.


Main task of the team includes allocations, confirmations, follow up on settlements, daily Margin calls, queries managements, trade and static data exception monitoring and controls on booking.


Responsibilities

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Bring Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
  • Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping to devise and by implementing sufficient regular controls
  • Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
  • Comply with internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Comply with the BNPP standards of Code of Conduct
  • Comply with the BNPP IT Security policies
  • Close collaboration with IT
  • Optimize the resource across the organization and location to improve productivity
  • Ensure organization & process becomes client focus
  • Maintain alignment and close collaboration with business

CONTRIBUTING RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Pending /Unactioned Margin calls review, Reconciliation Delay/aged breaks resolution,
Dispute management, Fails Management, performing 1st level Controls, Approvals,

working towards meeting the KPI, preparing the KPI/Dashboard for management reporting,

Escalation Handling (1st point of escalation), SPOC for process review calls with onshore.

  • Chasing, matching, execution of confirmation.
  • Performing independent controls on regulatory reports, Additional controls.
  • Customer focus and high quality & service standards, ensuring the KPIs are met at an individual level, Expertise in performing process, Basic excel skills.
  • Intersystem Reconciliation, Breaks Resolution, Running of Controls, ensuring KPIs are met for the process
  • Deal capture in BO system & Enrichment
Swift processing, Nostro Investigation & Trade confirmation

Trade investigation & repairing, Controls, Approvals, Ensuring the KPI is met for the process, Standard settlement instructions verification
