    Description

    Job Description : React Developer

    Location : Gurugram, India

    Experience : 4-5 years

    About the Role :

    We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with large-scale applications and handling significant amount of data. Experience in building and maintaining design systems from scratch, managing state using Redux or Context API, implementing hooks, and preferably having built messaging applications is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance React applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Build and maintain a design system from scratch, ensuring consistency and reusability across the application.
    • Handle large volumes of data, including datasets of 10k+ rows, optimizing performance and efficiency.
    • Implement state management solutions using Redux or Context API, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
    • Utilize React hooks to manage component state and lifecycle effectively.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and incorporate them into projects where applicable.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the implementation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 4-5 years of professional experience in developing web applications using
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
    • Experience with large-scale applications and handling sizable datasets is essential.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining design systems from scratch in production environments.
    • Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
    • Hands-on experience with React hooks and functional components.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with messaging applications or real-time communication systems is a plus.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
