    Senior Associate Procurement Operations - Operations Services Team
    Are you a seasoned procurement professional with a knack for strategic sourcing and operational efficiency? We are in search of a Senior Association Procurement Operations Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering robust partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior management across departments. Your expertise in procurement operations will be essential in optimizing our association's purchasing processes and driving cost-saving initiatives.

    Shift Timing - 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
    Hybrid Work Model: Work from Office Thrice a week


    About the Role:
    In this opportunity as a Senior Associate Procurement Operations you will:

  • Oversee the contract management process across the organization, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
  • Lead and manage the preparation, execution, and evaluation of RFx processes to select vendors for a variety of services and products.
  • Ensure that all contracts align with the organization's best interests and are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with offshore Services Operations teams in India, nearshore Center of Excellence, and Service Delivery Management teams in Mexico and Costa Rica, providing support to onshore in-country teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Sourcing Manager, internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of procurement processes, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
  • Handle conflict resolution and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Stay informed of market trends and changes in regulations that may impact service delivery.
  • About You:
    You're a fit for the role of Senior Associate Procurement Operations if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and RFx processes.
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations and facilities management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in contracts and regulations.
  • ​Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking ability.
  • Desired Skills:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience - 3-6 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of contract terminology.
  • Experience managing RFP processes and vendor negotiations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in using contract management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience working with international teams.
