    Job Description :


    We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 8 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

    As a key member of our SAP implementation and support team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions leveraging SAP HANA technology to meet business objectives.


    The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design, implement, and maintain SAP HANA solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
    • Develop and optimize SAP HANA models, including calculation views, attribute views, and analytical views, to support reporting and analytics requirements.
    • Configure and customize SAP HANA applications, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
    • Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the performance of SAP HANA systems and applications.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    • Stay current with SAP HANA technology trends and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing systems and processes.
    • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation.
    • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities, ensuring successful project delivery.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • At least 8 years of experience working as an SAP HANA Consultant, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects.
    • Strong expertise in SAP HANA database administration, data modelling, and performance optimization.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA development tools, including SAP HANA Studio, SAP Web IDE, and SAP HANA Cockpit.
    • Proficiency in SAP HANA scripting languages, such as SQL, SQL Script, and AFL (Application Function Library).
    • Experience with SAP HANA integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • SAP certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA) are a plus.
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA is desirable but not required.
