Effectively communicate investment ideas and industry information to teams and clients. Have unparalleled exposure to senior leaders, clients and other influential industry stakeholders. Develop, shape and drive strategic initiatives across the firm with a strong focus on digital, innovation and growth. Lead work streams and deep dive into critical deliverables aligned to redefining the client experience. Secure a panoramic view over BNY Mellon's entire global business. Enhance management skills while gaining invaluable hands-on experience within our fast-paced environment. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. Master's Degree/PhD. Preferred fields of study include Master's in Financial Engineering, Technology Management, Analytics or Data Management. Applicants with minimum of two years prior work experience are preferred.
