Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management: Efficiently handle data entry tasks using MS Office tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing information.

Design Tasks: Utilize design software like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, etc., to create and edit graphics, images, and layouts as needed for various projects.

File Management: Organize, maintain, and retrieve electronic files and documents, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.

Computer Operations: Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on computer systems, printers, and other office equipment as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support their computer-related needs and contribute to the efficient functioning of the office.


Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in using design software like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, etc., for graphic design tasks.
• Knowledge of computer operations, including troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
