Description
We are searching for an engaged tele caller to boost sales by answering the incoming calls.

You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.

Will also have to do outgoing calls, to meet the business needs.

Will be responsible to co-ordinate with warehouse, and internal team to resolve customer's issue.


Requirement:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a tele caller or similar. (Not Mandatory)
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent verbal communication. (English and Hindi)
  • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
  • Superb interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
