Job Description for Tele Caller / Counselor
The applicant should have the ability to:
- Enrolling students for courses offered by the Institute
- Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
- Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details.
- Ensure proper campus visit of parents, students.
Key Skills:
- Ability to Counseling, Administration, inbound /outbound calling of admission queries handling.
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 12th / Graduate passed from a recognized board/ university.
- 2 years experience in Tele calling, Counseling, Marketing etc.
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
