Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure systems on Azure cloud platforms.
Develop and implement automation tools and processes to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure components.
Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization to ensure optimal resource utilization and system reliability.
Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
Participate in oncall rotations and respond to infrastructure incidents in a timely manner.
Continuously improve infrastructure reliability through root cause analysis, postincident reviews, and implementation of preventive measures.
Stay uptodate with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in infrastructure automation and reliability engineering.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

years' experience in Infrastructure engineering roles

13 years' experience as Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, in a global organization.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Customer service: experience working with users to understand and resolve issues
Strong proficiency in architecture principles, cloud native designs and technologies, automation and orchestration frameworks and practices
Handson experience with IaC and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Proficiency in Python, Scripting YAML, Microsoft DevOps, Terraform (IaC), Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
High level of proficiency with performance and scalability on Azure cloud platforms
Experience working with edge compute and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
Demonstrated experience in implementing observability, across complex cloud workloads and technology stacks.
Demonstrated experience working with various cloud native technologies and services including compute, storage, networking, security and data services.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tooling and practices.

Key internal relationships: Director, IT Operations & Platform Support, Application Support, IT Architects, ITSM Manager, Network Services, Security, IT Operations (internal and external).
Key external relationships: External vendors, partners and service providers.
Travel: as required.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹1,500, ₹7,500,000.00 per year
