Sales Coordinator responsibilities include:

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensuring the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
Responding to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested

Responsibilities:

searching the potential sales /projects from online sites/india mart/projects today

Taking the appointment with clients for sr.

sending the promotional mails and client retention activity.

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

helping the Sales staff in achieving there Sales Targets

knowledge about CRM

sending the quotation

Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Requirements and skills

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A Team Player with high level of dedication
BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
