Description

Managing the company's overall operations and logistics strategy in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity, and ensure that the management of supply, demand, purchase, inbound and last mile logistics, e-commerce order operations, delivery fulfilments, warehouse management and inventory control.

Operations, Stock, Fulfillment & Warehouses

Ensure that all operations & logisticsrelated processes associated with each activity are adhered to on month, quarter & yearend, and are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure that all necessary processes and operations setups are in place to ensure no stock is lost in the office, stock counts are accurate, and any variances are fully investigated.
Sorts and places products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfillment
Oversee warehouse operations to exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow, product availability, and accuracy
Ensure optimum capacity utilization of warehouse by designing best fit layouts of a warehouse, goods/material placement, inventory movement and maintenance of the warehouse
Monitoring Inwards, outwards and stock movement across warehouses and maintaining proper documentation as per set standards.

Manage online orders and daily operations

Lead the Operations & Logistics team, supporting them in achieving their own objectives and solving daytoday problems whilst adhering to corporate competencies.
Reconcile inventory as needed across various online marketplaces through Zoho system
Manage stock Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing & Dispatch operations
Ensuring POs received from various marketplaces are fulfilled ontime and as per set processes.

Customer orders & Orders Service

Process daily ecommerce outbound documentation from Shopify/Zoho ERP/Ship Rocket/any other domestic and international shipping service; such as pick and pack list, and courier waybills.
Define SLA's in consultation with the management and make efforts to control and maintain them.
Ensure ontime order processing, pickup and delivery of customer orders.
Escalation management of customer orders in case of incorrect order delivery, delayed delivery etc.
Monitoring of COD orders and contacting customers to confirm COD orders.

Cross Department working to support efficiency and growth

Help in the strategic development of the Operations and Logistics Mgmt. activities.
Contribute insight into the strategic direction of the Business team through the understanding of the complexity of all different aspects of the business.

Salary:
₹10, ₹34,736.20 per month
