Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating company websites, social media accounts, and other online platforms.
Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing customer concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and uptodate information is available online.
Assist in creating and updating online content, including blog posts, articles, and promotional materials.
Perform data entry and database management tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Generate reports and analyze data related to online activities and performance metrics.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in online communication and customer service.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an online or ecommerce environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with basic web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with online customer service platforms or helpdesk software.
Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles and practices.
Graphic design skills or experience using design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Salary:
₹8, ₹22,980.11 per month
