Job Description

Basic understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools

Basic knowledge of the OSI model, switching and internet routing technologies

Experience of network monitoring tools(Solarwinds etc) and protocols (MRTG, RRD, NAGIOS, SNMP)

Experience of analysing system and network performance using monitoring and graphical data

Responsible for basic troubleshooting network routers and switches to isolate the trouble and take appropriate action to resolve

Experience managing and supporting network infrastructures

Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues

Good technical or documentation skills

Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritisation of workload

Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources

Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues

Ability to work a flexible schedule(24*7)

Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively

Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision

Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Atleast Two years Network Operations experience or equitant

Preference will be given to CCNA certified

SAP/ERP Alerts Monitoring

Qualifications

Must complete full time bachulors dgree.
