We are currently looking to hire a rockstar Sales Associate to join our Native D2C Appliance team and ride the growth rocket ship with us in our new and exciting Water Purifier and Smart Locks Business.
- Create a direct impact on the growth of our category
- Represent the Brand towards the customers and collaborate in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the category
- Induce customer purchases and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty through the provision of exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Support growth strategy for team by achieving weekly sales targets
- Serve as first point of contact for the Native by Urban Company brand and provide information to customers
- Assist in developing sales training programs and processes
- Provide insights on market conditions, trends, and competitor activity
- Accelerate product adoption by offering support and education
- Work with a fast growing, lean team, to make real world impact
- Have a lot of ownership and drive your own results and progression
- Indulge with smart people who push for the highest standards
- Upgrade yourself with trainings, mentorship, and inhouse programs
- Recognition by company leaders based on monthly performance
- Undergraduate and good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Strong communication (English & Hindi must) and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of sales experience (Inside sales preferred)
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and serviceoriented individual
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationship with customers
Please note this is a core inside sales role.

Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
