Summary - We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives

in a quick sales cycle environment. The rep will play a role in achieving the customer acquisition

and lead conversion through calls, working with channels partners, creating interest and

qualifying prospects.


Responsibilities:


  • Day to day calling of leads generated
  • Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls and leads
  • Understand customer needs and requirement
  • Explain KredX's offering and educate invoice discounting concept and benefits
  • Qualify leads and pass to respective locations
  • Target based

Skills & Requirements:

  • 23 years' experience with proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing
  • Must have B2B experience
  • Must have basic knowledge of business banking products
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience in working with a CRM ( Zoho or similar )
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Prior work experience is Financial organization preferred
