Designation:

  • Pre Sales : Real Estate


Location:

  • Kothrud Pune Maharashtra

Salary:

  • 20,000 To 30,000 Per Month

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageou

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 3 Years in real estate field
  • Minimum Experience : 1 2 Years of Prior experience in real estate sales or presales roles is preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct preliminary research on potential real estate projects, including market analysis and competitor assessments.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing plans for preconstruction properties.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and manage client inquiries.
  • Prepare presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Organize and conduct property tours and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Assist in negotiations and provide support to clients during the presales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new developments in the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales, marketing, and development to ensure smooth presales operations.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
